Throughout the construction, your Regal Home will undergo a series of quality control inspections by our Quality Control Manager. Additionally, the critical structural features of your new home — the footings, foundation and frame — will be independently checked by certified building inspectors.

But that's not all. Before we hand over the keys to your new Regal Home, we will carry out an exhaustive final inspection. This checklist covers more than 101 different checks to ensure that every component is working properly and our high construction standards are met.
