
When we hand you the keys to your new home, we will also provide you with manufacturers' guarantees for appliances such as the hot water service and cooktop.
You will be given a quantity of spare tiles and 'touch-up' paints that match the colours used in your new home (for those accidental scratches and marks that will inevitably occur after you have moved in), plus your maintenance checklist.
Your Regal Home will be covered also by a 90-day maintenance period.
One of our friendly team will contact approximately 90 days after you move in to see if you are delighted with your new home and if you have any little touch ups you'd like made (of course you are welcome to call us anytime too). This gives you plenty of time to settle in and give the house a thorough inspection.
Additionally, any maintenance work undertaken during the 90-day period will be guaranteed for a further 12 months. This means that your new home will be protected by a 15-month maintenance guarantee in total!
This is way above the maintenance period allowed by most builders.
Please note our 90-day maintenance period doesn't cover warranties on your appliances. This is covered by the manufacturer.
