		Your Regal Home will be completed by the date specified in our Building Contract (barring bad weather or other unforeseen events as set out in your building contract) — or we will pay your removalist, hotel accommodation and mortgage interest as from the agreed date of completion.
		Your new Regal Home will be completed to our renowned quality workmanship standards.
		All our materials will meet the stringent standards that we demand of all of our suppliers.
		The entire construction of your home will be closely monitored by our experienced Quality Control Manager from commencement to completion.
		Your Regal Home will be covered by our written 25-year structural guarantee.
		Your Regal Home will also be covered by a full 90-day maintenance period, during which time we will rectify any defects for which we are liable, free of charge. This maintenance work will be guaranteed for a further 12 months.
