At the end of the day, Regal stood out in so many ways

What they wanted:Linda and Daniel had owned their block of land for some time. They were both thorough and discriminating when it came to choosing their builder and wanted a builder they could trust.
Why they chose Regal:“We looked at many homes. And, at the end of the day, Regal stood out in so many ways. Regal Homes really impressed us in areas such as their meticulous workmanship and their obvious value for money,” explained Daniel. “We were also very impressed with the long and respected history the company has in Canberra. Regal had no hesitation in giving us the names of previous customers and their suppliers. We spoke with many of them and they had nothing but the highest praise for Regal.
What they like:Linda said Regal was completely honest about its prices, and there were no nasty surprises or hidden costs after the building work had started. “We knew in advance precisely what the house was going to cost to us, because we were given a complete breakdown. Unlike most other builders we spoke to, Regal was upfront about the price of extra inclusions. We had some special requirements with fittings. Everyone at Regal demonstrated excellent product knowledge, and went out of their way to see we got exactly what we wanted. “It was the same with the overall design. Other builders were reluctant to make changes to their original floor plans. Regal had so many plans to choose from and were always willing to listen to our ideas and incorporate changes. “What’s more, it was comforting to know that our new home is covered by a 25-year structural guarantee.”

Choosing a Regal Home was the best thing we could have done

What they wanted:Proud parents of a large family, the couple know very clearly what it was they wanted in a home. “We needed a four bedroom home, with all the usual mod cons; but we were also keen to find something a little different and creative,” recalls Peter.
