The Regal Homes completion date guarantee

We have complete confidence in our tradespeople to meet construction deadlines. And to give you confidence in your ability to make plans to move in, we specify a completion date in the Building Contract and guarantee that we’ll stick to it.

We guarantee your Regal Home will be completed by the date specified in our Building Contract (barring bad weather or other unforeseen events beyond the control of the builder) — or we will pay your removalist, hotel accommodation and mortgage interest from the agreed date of completion until you can move in.
